Our history

Tenerife Realty S.L. is an independent real estate agency founded by María Teresa Benítez de Lugo and Sergio Stamnas, with the aim of offering unique and exclusive properties for sale and rent.

With more than 20 years of experience in the luxury real estate market in France and Switzerland, our aim is to provide a high-end service to a demanding clientele looking for the exceptional.

Our
approach

Specialized in the premium residential sector, we manage villas, fincas, houses and apartments located mainly in the Canary Islands, both for sale and for rent. In addition, we offer complementary services such as vacation rentals and organization of private events.

An international project

Active in the international real estate market since 2003, we decided to continue in Spain with a business project that we have already successfully consolidated outside our borders. Our desire is to bring a different vision and a highly personalized service to our clients in the luxury market.

Thanks to our experience and knowledge of the market, we offer comprehensive advice on buying and selling, renting and management of properties, estates or real estate investments.
